St. Louis Pride is one of the Midwest’s largest LGBTQ+ celebrations, held annually in downtown St. Louis. Now more than four decades strong, the event attracts between 300,000–500,000 attendees each year and has become a cornerstone for the LGBTQ+ community across eastern Missouri, southwestern Illinois, and neighboring states.

While dates and other information about the 2026 edition are still under wraps, we've outlined what you can expect based on past St. Louis Pride events.

    Dates and Location

The festival typically takes place over a full weekend in downtown St. Louis, in the parks surrounding Soldiers Memorial, across from St. Louis City Hall. Admission is free, with a suggested $5 donation to support local community initiatives.

For transportation, attendees usually use the Civic Center MetroLink station (just two blocks away) or take advantage of shuttle service between the festival and The Grove, St. Louis’s LGBTQ+ nightlife district on Manchester Avenue. Ride share drop-offs are commonly recommended near 13th or 14th and Market Streets or St. Louis City Hall, while parking options include nearby paid lots and free street parking on Sundays.

The centerpiece of the weekend is the Grand Pride Parade. The parade starts at 10th and Market Streets, proceeds west along Market Street past the PrideFest grounds, and ends at 16th and Market Streets, featuring the St. Louis Arch as a backdrop. The parade route runs along the Gateway Mall.

    Festival Highlights
